R237 Algae Clean and Seal
Algae Clean and Seal Clean and Seal is a PRO-Grade mould and lichen killer, specifically formulated to cleanse the surface of contamination and leave behind a durable seal. This will prevent the return of future contamination and moisture ingress. Ideal for use on concrete, wood, roof tiles and much more.
Always test a small hidden portion of the substrate before use, to ensure the
final result is satisfactory and to calculate consumption.
The surface should be free of debris, heavy growth and dry. Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
This product is supplied ready to use
Apply a generous, even coat, ensuring full saturation of contaminants and substrate
Apply a second coat, before the first coat dries (within 20 minutes)
Leave the product to do the work, no agitation is required

Keep out of reach of children
Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Do not breathe fumes/mist/vapours. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/eye protection/face protection Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
IF ON SKIN: Gently wash with plenty of soap and water.
If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTRE / doctor if you feel unwell.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
